Practice Better

This is one of the best systems I have implemented for my business.

  • Client notes and records all in one place

  • All communications are kept in one place (no longer looking in email, text messages, FB and Insta).

    • PB includes a fb style chat

  • Clients can download “Better” app to their phones which makes journaling very easy

  • All scheduling, invoicing and payment within PB

  • Ways to quickly add frequent used information into client notes

  • Host your own online courses and groups (great for people who do use fb)

  • looks professional, easy to navigate and great support

  • Best off, PB starts out free then you upgrade as your business grows and evolves.

 

Canva

I have the professional version of Canva for several reasons:

  • Access to the professional images

  • Have my brand font and colours set up as a palate

    • This has saved me so much time and been so good for brand consistency!

  • Easy resizing of created images

  • Able to share easily if have a VA or others helping you with social media

  • Great for creating presentation then exporting to PowerPoint for recording

    • I chose PowerPoint for adding animations and recording as you can record a single slide

Get Response

This platform has the most AMAZING support. I use Get Response for email newsletter, landing / lead pages.

 

IIN: Institute for Integrative Nutrition

IIN is a great start point if you are looking for a course which recognises everyone as a unique individual and what they need to nourish their body needs to be specific to them. This is a true Health Coaching course where you are taught how to ask open-ended questions so the client finds their own solutions and you support them with education material to explore their options.
